Residential and commercial cleaning — recurring cleaning contracts (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and specialty cleaning for offices, retail spaces, schools and non-clinical commercial environments. Delivered by trained crews with uniforms, ID badges and personal protective equipment.
Post-damage cleanup and restoration within scope — water extraction, drying and dehumidification following IICRC S500 guidance for water damage, smoke and soot cleanup, deodorization, and content cleaning. Larger insurance restoration projects, structural drying beyond scope, mold remediation requiring state licensing (where applicable) and asbestos/lead abatement are referred to licensed abatement contractors separately engaged by the client.
Handyman-level maintenance and minor repairs — light fixture replacement, minor drywall patching, painting touch-ups, hardware replacement, general upkeep and preventive maintenance rounds for property managers. Work involving licensed trades (electrical wiring, plumbing systems, HVAC installation/repair, structural modifications, gas lines) is referred to state-licensed electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors and general contractors separately engaged by the client.
