3. Intellectual property
All content published on the Site — text, logos, images, layout — is protected by applicable US copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and is owned by PRESTIGE RETAIL GROUP LLC or duly licensed. Reproduction, redistribution or use of this content without prior written authorization is prohibited, except for brief references with attribution and hyperlink to the original page.
4. Services and scope
This Site does not constitute an offer to provide services. Every engagement is finalized by way of a written estimate issued in advance and accepted by the client — describing scope of work, areas covered, frequency (for recurring contracts), crew size, timeline, price, payment terms, cancellation policy and the parties respective obligations —, and services are invoiced per the terms of that estimate or contract. PRESTIGE RETAIL GROUP LLC operates under NAICS 561720 (Janitorial Services), 561740 (Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Services) and 561790 (Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings), holding state and local business licenses in force in the jurisdictions where we operate. WE ARE NOT a general contractor and do not perform work requiring a general contractor license — structural construction, major remodels, additions and framing are referred to licensed general contractors; WE ARE NOT licensed plumbers, electricians or HVAC contractors — plumbing systems, electrical wiring, HVAC installation and repair, gas lines and other regulated trades are referred to state-licensed tradespeople separately engaged by the client; WE ARE NOT a pest control company — extermination, fumigation and applied pesticide services require a state pest control license (California Structural Pest Control Board, Texas Department of Agriculture Structural Pest Control Service, and equivalents in other states) and are referred to licensed exterminators; WE ARE NOT a mold, asbestos or lead abatement contractor — mold remediation requiring state licensing (Florida, New York, Texas, Louisiana and others), asbestos abatement (EPA and state-regulated) and lead abatement (EPA Lead RRP Rule and state programs) are referred to licensed abatement contractors; WE ARE NOT a major insurance restoration contractor — while we handle water and smoke damage cleanup within scope per IICRC guidance, large-scale insurance restoration projects requiring IICRC firm certification are referred to full-service restoration contractors; WE ARE NOT a private security company — security guard services, alarm monitoring and locksmith services require state licenses; WE ARE NOT a licensed real estate broker or property management company; WE ARE NOT a licensed waste hauler or hazardous waste transporter; WE ARE NOT a healthcare disinfection service reserved to healthcare facilities; and WE ARE NOT a legal, accounting, insurance or financial services provider. For any of the above, we refer clients to appropriately licensed professionals or firms of their choosing. Our operations are conducted in compliance with applicable US laws and industry standards, including OSHA workplace safety standards, EPA regulations regarding cleaning chemicals and disinfectants, state and local business licensing requirements, general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance maintained in force, IICRC (S500 for water damage, S520 for mold) standards as reference for restoration work within scope, and applicable federal and state consumer protection regulations including truthful advertising standards enforced by the FTC and state attorneys general.
5. Confidentiality and data
In the course of providing services, we may collect and process information related to the client's cadastre, service address, site access routines (schedules, keys, alarm codes, gate access), preferences (approved products, restricted areas, presence of pets or children when voluntarily disclosed) and service invoicing documentation. Such information is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable US privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) where applicable, and is treated as confidential and accessed only as necessary to perform the services under contract.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site itself. Warranties relating to the services delivered are governed by the specific terms of the estimate or contract executed with each client — including scope, timeline, crew obligations, replacement criteria and agreed quality metrics. We do not make specific outcome promises beyond the agreed scope — cleaning results depend on factors outside our operational control (foot traffic, use of the space, structural conditions of the property, availability of water/power/materials where those are part of the agreement); restoration outcomes depend on the extent and nature of the damage, the timing of intervention and site-specific conditions. Any statutory consumer protection rights that apply to our services are not affected by this disclaimer.
7. Changes to these terms
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRESTIGE RETAIL GROUP LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this Site. Liability arising from the provision of services is governed by the specific terms of the estimate or contract executed with each client and by applicable federal and state consumer protection laws — including the right to redress for defective service, timely completion within the agreed scope, and truthful disclosure of service characteristics as required by the FTC and state consumer protection statutes.
8. Governing law
This Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and provide such links solely for your convenience.
